All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Local Shipping (Within Pakistan): Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
4. Damages
Stitch&Soul is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim."
